Who we are
Jake Grade - Co-founder ("Grader")
Jake is a Maine native, as well as a dedicated hockey professional and coach. He coached the Kents Hill Prep School boys hockey team to their first winning season in five years and has also helped run summer hockey camps with Boston College.
Prior to his coaching, Jake played collegiately with Saint Anselm College, where he earned a Northeast-10 Conference Championship and NE-10 First Team recognition.
Prior to that, Jake was a two-time, first team all state and a two-time State Champion for Falmouth High, including the GWG in overtime to clinch back to back championships!
Matthew Sheasby - Co-founder ("Sheez")
Matthew is a Neuro Performance coach (brain stuff!) and works with professional athletes and entrepreneurs. He lives in the Chicagoland area where he grew up playing traveling hockey highlighted by winning the prestigious Silver Stick Tournament.
Amongst the people he works with are: NHL players and coaches,
PGA professionals, Olympic athletes, NCAA sports teams and coaches, SMB owners, Entrepreneurs, Start-ups, and executives at larger companies.
Matthew has a deep fondness for helping others get out of their own way resulting in measurable metrics of success!
