The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. Each individual participant that has signed up for our services will have their own individual experience and as such, we make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with regards to the results and/or future success of said participant with regards to the services provided by GSOH.
We do not allow for refunds to be made for any GSOH services. If unforeseen circumstances prevent a participant in the GSOH from attending the camp for which they signed up for, we will work with the participant to attend a future camp, but without any guarantees. In the event of extenuating circumstances where a participant cannot attend a future camp, we shall work with the participant in good faith and shall reserve the right to make any exceptions with regards to any partial or full refunds.
By signing up and paying for any of the GSOH services contained herein, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and waive all rights (legal and/or otherwise) against all parties related to the services of GSOH, including the partners, founders, principles, owners, shareholders, support staff, vendors, clients, and facilities staff and owners.
