About the camp

Get excited!

The brain loves the promise of something good!  And if you are interested in elevating your game, our camp will do exactly that!

hit the ice / warm-up

9:40 - 11am:

work on physical skills such as:

- passing (precision, anticipation, open spaces)

- shooting (speed, accuracy, reading the options)

- skating (increased speed, edge work, kinetic energy)

- game situational (1v1, 2v2, 1v2, 2v1, etc.)

 - game strategies (pocket areas in all 3 zones)

- understanding the various ways we get in our own way and how to avoid that from happening

- understanding that we, as humans, cannot control results...only our processes and actions

- understanding the things we CAN control

- understanding and rewriting the definition of "failure"

- understanding how and why the brain loves progress and curiosity and how to access it

- understanding the difference between emotional reactions vs. rational responses and how to influence them

 - understanding nutrition, sleep, breathing and how they connect to the brain and our performance
